Artists Manager – TEDxStockholm 2026

TEDxStockholm is looking for an Artists Manager to lead the coordination and experience of the performers who make our event unforgettable.
As Artists Manager, you’ll work closely with the Stage Manager, Creative Lead, and Production Team to ensure every performance runs seamlessly, from booking and preparation to the final bow on stage.

Our events bring together visionary speakers, creative thinkers, and curious audiences to inspire change and spark connection. The PR team ensures that these ideas reach beyond the event day, engaging media, communities, and future collaborators across Sweden and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Source, coordinate, and support performers and artists for TEDxStockholm 2026.
- Collaborate with the Stage Manager and Creative Lead to ensure all performances align with the event’s creative vision and flow.
- Communicate logistics, rehearsal times, and stage needs with each performer to ensure they are fully prepared.
- Be the main point of contact for all artists before and during the event ensuring they feel supported, inspired, and confident.
- Oversee performance transitions and coordinate with the production team for smooth stage execution.
